Abstract
|
|
|
Primary plasma cell leukemia is a very rare form of immunocytic dyscrasia.
A case of plasma cell leukemia with IgA Lambda light chain is reported.
A partial remission is obtained through the following treatment with a combination of
vincristine, mephalan, cyclophosphamide and prednisone.
